Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss turned up short in court yet again. This time, a 9th-Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals upheld a decision not to rehear the twins' case against Mark Zuckerberg. Only the U.S. Supreme Court would be able to overturn this appeal. Still, square-jawed, blue-suited and demanding they deserve more than the $65 million settlement already awarded to them, the Winklevoss brothers are planning a new appeal claiming that Facebook withheld some instant messages in the original round of litigation. If they're not careful, the Winklevii may spend all of their settlement money on lawyer's fees, as it was announced this week that a former associate of theirs, Wayne Chang, is suing the twins for his share of the sum. Unlike their continuing beef with Zuckerberg, judges have agreed to hear that case.
