A new YouTube ad put together by the Herman Cain campaign has quite a few people scratching their heads. Mostly because it appears to have been filmed on campaign manager Mark Block's smoke break. Literally.

The video is simply a brief rant from Block, Cain's chief of staff, professing his confidence in his boss' ability to "put United back in United States of America." When it's over, a American anthem worthy of Hulk Hogan plays over a extreme close up of Block taking a drag on a cigarette and another uncomfortably long close up of Cain himself. Uh ... okay.

Block says in the spot that no one has ever seen a candidate like Herman Cain. That is certainly true and this ad proves it.

The video was posted about a week ago, and is unlisted, meaning it doesn't appear on Cain's official YouTube page and no one can see it unless they already know the exact URL or find it embedded on another page. But now that it's out there, it's yet another piece to the Herman Cain puzzle. Is he crazy? Or crazy like a fox?

Given this and his "Imagine there's no pizza" salute, Cain might just be the king of viral video campaigning. The comedic anticipation of his YouTube fireside chats could be all it takes to get the guy elected.
