Anyone in Ferguson, Missouri who wants to pray over or protest that shooting of Mike Brown should finish up by sunset. In its first official statement on the shooting (and the riots, looting and protests that followed) the Ferguson Police Department asked that "groups wishing to assemble in prayer or in protest do so only during daylight hours in an organized and respectful manner." 

This comes in the wake of a series of controversial decisions by the Ferguson and St. Louis Police Departments, including: a ban on aircraft in the airspace 3,000 feet above the city (including news media helicopters), refusing to release the name of the officer who shot Brown, shutting out journalists, and using military style equipment
