Hey, it's official! The Bush family let everyone know that George H.W. Bush has finally been moved out of intensive care and into a regular patient's room.
We were a little worried about the former President for a brief minute. Bush was secretly checked in to a Houston hospital at the end of November, and forced to stay there over the holidays. He apparently had a fever that wouldn't go away and was checked into the intensive care unit of the hospital, which is never a good sign.
But then just as quickly as it seemed like we were about to lose the former President, his aides came out and told everyone to "put the harps away," and that he was singing in the ICU. Oh, George Sr. What a rapscallion!
But everything's apparently fine now, according to the family spokesman Jim McGrath. Bush isn't totally out of the woods yet. His condition is still bad enough to keep him in the hospital, just out of the ICU. But he's improving, and that's what matters.
