Update: This could change things:

Original: Anti-government protesters in Egypt continue to fight against President Mohamed Morsi's actions (or lack thereof), and today the constitutional crisis has only grown worse. Morsi has called for more "dialogue" on the matter of the nation's draft constitution, but he doesn't appear willing to make changes or rescind his earlier judicial decrees, protesters don't seem interested in talking.

The images below give you a sense of the scope of the protests and the momentum they appear to be gaining into the weekend. Reuters also have live video showing how the barricade has basically been abandoned and the protesters have filled the main streets leading to the palace. The funeral scene is for one of the supporters of Morsi who was killed in fighting earlier this week and became the rally point for a counter-protest.
