A Turkish teenager was pulled from the wreckage of a collapsed building on Friday, more than 108 hours after the 7.2-magnitude earthquake struck the city of Ercis. Serhat Tokay was dehydrated and hungy, but mostly unharmed.

The rescue was one small bit of good news for the country that continues to struggle from the aftermath of the devastating quake. The death toll from the quake currently stands at 534, with thousands more injured. Relief aid is slowly making its way into Turkey from countries around the globe, but shelter and supplies are still hard to come by for some of the hardest hit areas.

The area also continues to be hit by aftershocks, including a 5.4-magnitude tremor yesterday.
